Analysis of Fatty Acids in Actinidia Arguta by GC/MS

The Actinidia arguta's different parts' fatty acid composition and content are analyzed and compared.The flesh and seeds' fat oil is both respectivly extracted by Soxhlet,methyled by potassium hydroxide-methanol solution,and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results show that the content of the linolenic acid of the seeds is higher than the flesh,and the linoleic acid is not detected in the seeds.
