Thinking of Chinese teachers' Professional Quality before Working in Primary School

Research of teacher's quality is the focus and hotspot in the research of teacher's education at home and abroad.In this paper,Based on Chinese subjects,with the pre-professional education stage of the professional development of teachers,this article analyses the elements of pre-professional quality of the primary school Chinese teachers,and raises key elements of pre-professional quality of the primary school Chinese teachers,including:Chinese expertise,Chinese concept and achievement motivation,and Chinese professional practical skills.
