Study on the training and curriculum of pre-service mathematical teachers based on the development of key competences

Chinese key competencessystem is clearly put forwardin the development of primary education.The training of teachers should embody the thinking of key competences,and education should be based on the key competences development of students.There are some problems in the curriculum setting of preservice mathematical teachers,such as the development of professional knowledge,the implementation of educational reform thinking and the efficiency of general courses.According to teacher's knowledge development theory of Schulman,the curriculum of pre-service mathematics teachers can be divided into six categories: the course of mathematics subject,the course of education theory,the course of mathematical matter content,the course of practical teaching,the course of educational technology and the general course.The implementation of these six kinds of courses will help to construct the knowledge structure of pre-service mathematical teachers and improve their professional accomplishment and teaching ability.
