Analysison Influence of Seepage in a Cross Passage on Frozen Walls by Numerical Simulation Method

During the course of freezing construction of a cross passage in subway,the laws of the seepage field variation and displacement field can be acquired when the seepage happened through different positions of frozen soil curtains.This study is based on the construction of cross passage and pump room of No.2 line of Nanjing metro in section between Mochouhu and Hanzhongmen Stations.Numerical simulation of freezing construction with an existing seepage point in arch crown,the corner of passage arch and the corner of passage bottom is carried out.The influence of seepage on the frozen walls is studied,that is,the seepage field and displacement field are analyzed and the appropriate duration to eliminate the seepage is determined.The results are in good agreement with the monitoring and can be used to guide the construction.
