Rapid Spatial Modeling of Tunnel in Engineering Rock Mass and Key Blocks Analysis

It's very important to consider the characteristic of structural planes of the engineering rock mass,which is a criterion to judge the modeling and simulation results.In this paper,we use 3DMAX to model the 3D numerical model of tunnel in rock mass,and transplant it into the self RD GeoSMA-3D system,which will take full advantages of key blocks identification function in discontinued structure through GeoSMA-3D.We make a successful interface between 3DMAX and GeoSMA-3D.which can import the geometrical model into GeoSMA-3D system accurately and successfully,and then the key blocks in tunnel formed by structural planes are searched and this can provide an important reference for supporting and lining in subsequent construction.Through the example,the spatial geometrical model of tunnel is built and modeled to analyze the key blocks stability,importing it into GeoSMA-3D and to characterize the distribution of rock blocks in visual method,identifying the key blocks.The system can give a result of volume and position of key blocks,and then take some support measures through designing work before excavation in case of blocks sliding,in this way the construction safety is guaranteed,so it is of great value for the subsequent construction and similar engineering.
