Cooling Parameters Fitting Analysis in Driving Face

This paper studied the change law of driving face cooling parameters.Some measure points' airflow temperatures were obtained when the mine cooling system operated through field investigation of a long distance driving face tunnel(nearly 1000m) where high temperature phenomenon exit,and the quantitative relationship between some parameters was fitted correctly.The results show that the driving face temperature and air duct exit temperature(dry-bulb wet bulb temperature) indict a linear relationship,while the dry-bulb temperature of driving face and that of airflow dealt by air cooler appear to have a second-degree parabola relation.Furthermore,the difference between dry-bulb temperature and wet-bulb temperature in the driving face is great,and almost reaches 5~7℃.This difference intensifies the heat and moisture transfer of airflow,and aggravates the thermal and humid situation in the driving face,easily forming the magnification of the "turn back hot" phenomenon.
