Research on Collapse Deformation of Loess Tunnel Excavated by Pitting Method

The collapsible deformation of loess tunnel surrounding can cause differential settlement of lining structure,and it threatens the safe operation of tunnel.On the background of open-cut loess tunnel of Xi'an Metro line 4 and the typical layer structure,the finite difference mumerical model is established.Firstly,physical properties of loess under saturated condition are obtained by inversion from r of self weight collapsibility.Then we simulate the excavation of foundation pit of tunnel,tunnel support,tunnel construction and backfill of foundation,even the effect of water infiltration and groundwater levels uplift.Variation of uneven settlement caused by the loess tunnel section collapsible deformation and the tunnel foundation loess collapsible on the condition of compression stress is found.It shows that,collapsible deformation and compressive stress of collapse on the condition of groundwater level rises to saturation is greater than that on condition of rising groundwater and the total deformation even appear rebound.
