The Surface Settlement of Large-scale and Deep Foundation Pits Excavation by the Bottom-up Method

With the rapid development of city modernization and the shrinking of construction land,the size and difficulty of foundation pit excavations are increasing,and the bottom-up excavation method has become an important means of exploring large-scale and deep foundation pits.This paper analyses the actual monitoring data of FuTian station foundation pit of Guang-Sehn-Gang Line,and uses ABAQUS to make auxiliary calculation,based on introducing the theory of surface settlement caused by foundation pit excavation.What's more,it describes the process and the affecting factors of surface settlement caused by excavation,such as the stiffness of support structure,parameters of building and soil,etc,and summarizes the rules of surface settlement,and also provides the reference in future foundation pit engineering in this area.
