Study on Artificial Antigen and Immune Activity——A Case Study of Synthesis of Melamine by Glutaraldehyde Method

Glutaraldehyde as between protein and protein is the most commonly used bifunctional reagent,there are two symmetrical active aldehyde group,respectively with enzyme protein and immunoglobulin on free amino( phenol,imidazole,sh) in the form of a covalent bond,using this feature,bovine serum albumin( BSA)with melamine coupling,synthesis of artificial antigens. This synthetic technique is rapid and simple,and is suitable for the test and screening of large samples.
