On the Human Resources Development Strategy of Hebei Province

The gross of Hebei's human resources is relatively small,with low level structure,which becomes a barrier in the process of realizing Hebei's sustainable economic development.Making out a reasonable human resources development strategy can effectively improve Hebei's level structure and its industrial location,regional distribution,thus elevate Hebei's core competition force.
