On the Connecting of the Preschool Education and Compulsory Education

The connecting of the preschool education and compulsory education is not smoth.This problem relate to a lot of government management factors: their educational financial investment and social management are not equal;the arrangement and the system connection of the kindergartens and primary schools are unreasonable;management agencies take different managemental methods and the teachers selection is different.This paper propose some solutions to solve the problems from the social administrational perspective.
