On Chinese Great Progresses and Achievements of the Construction of the Rule of Law from Historical Dimension

The basic form of governing a country is the rule of law. In Chinese governing history, the Legalists advocate"govern the country with the law", which provide us a lot ideological resources we can draw and rich nutrition. Since the new China was founded,after several generations of the central parth leadership collective unremitting exploration, we were finally embarked on a scientific governing way of the rule of law. Inspect the historical process and the great achievements of the rule of law in China construction from the perspective of diachronic review, will be significantly good for promoting the rule of law comprehensively, building the rule of law system with socialism with Chinese characteristics, and construct a socialism country under the rule of law.
