Zhang Yuzhao's Calligraphy Style and Influence in the Period of Lianchi Academy

Zhang Yuzhao's calligraphy style has undergone major changes during the lecture of Lianchi Academy. This paper first analyzes the calligraphy style of Zhang Yuzhao during the lecture of Lianchi Academy, further explores Zhang Yuzhao 's acceptance and transformation of the late Qing Dynasty stele theory, and on this basis explores the reasons for the formation of his unique calligraphy style. Secondly, it combs the influence of Zhang Yuzhao 's calligraphy in Zhili area. Its influence mainly includes two aspects: First, the formation of the "Zhili Shujia Group"represented by Hu Zongzhao and others, including Zhang 's disciples and re-disciples in the Zhili area; Second, through the inheritance of Miyajima 's calligraphy to Zhang's calligraphy, the influence of Zhang Yuzhao's style on Japanese calligraphy is analyzed.
