Preliminary Inquiry on Buddhist Poetics

Buddhist poetics is the outcome of the exchange of Buddhist literature between China and India.Such concepts as Jing Jie,Miao Wu,Yuan Tong,Ji Jing,etc.are originated from Buddhist philosophy,bred and developed from Buddhist literature,which are the key words in Buddhist poetics that are sedimentary with thought of Buddhist wisdom,condensed with the aesthetic spirit of Buddhism,and embodied with feature of Oriental way of thinking.Those key words with interactive association constitute a unique Buddhism poetic system,including the creation theory of Jing Jie theory as the core,appreciation theory of Miao Wu as the core,methodology theory of Yuan Tong as the core,and teleological theory of Ji Jing as the core,all of which reflect the features of transcendence,aesthetics and dialectics.
