Design of Upgrading and Reconstruction Project for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant in Yancheng Economic-Technical Development Zone

The technical route and scheme of the upgrading and reconstruction project of WWTP in Yancheng Economic-Technical Development Zone were introduced. Due to the huge amount of industrial wastewater,the hydrolysis acidification process was added. Transform the CAST pool for the AAO biological reaction tank,and add two sedimentation tanks and coagulation sedimentation facilities,the effluent quality reaches the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB 18918-2002). The depth of sludge dewatering facility is added,using chemical conditioning plate and frame filter press. The actual operation shows that the wastewater treatment plant has achieved good removal effect of pollutants,and the moisture content of sludge can be controlled under 60%.
