Study on Water Environment Accumulative Risk Assessment of River Basin

River basin water environment accumulative risk belongs to complex system problems of multi-level and multi-criteria with fuzzy and mutation characteristics. At the request of sustainable development,the comprehensive assessment,prevention and control of the basin water environment risk are necessary. It can form a completemethodin evaluating river basin water environment accumulative risk,using the comprehensive index system based on 16 indicators and the mutation theory which is used to express and calculate the environment accumulative risk. Taking Liuxi river basin as an example,the calculation and analysis of regional water environment accumulative risk come to a conclusion that the upstream Liuxi river basin has low level of water environment accumulative risk,as well as the middle and downstream river basin has higher level.
