Producing Mechanism and Stimulating Strategy for Organizational Citizenship Behavior

As a kind of pro-social behavior,organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) can approve the overall performance of an organization.The factors which trigger OCB lie in the respects of motivation,value and attitude.Meanwhile,OCB is an instrument of impression management.The strategies which stimulate and manage OCB include the fair organizational decisions,collectivism oriented value,increasing job satisfaction and organization commitment,as well as the training employees' ability of empathy.In addition,360 degree feedback should be adopted to discover and depress impression management.
