Deformation of Tunnel Lining Induced by the Variation of Underground Water Level

In this paper,the groundwater level change of a subway tunnel in Wuhan area is studied to study the variation law of tunnel lining displacement caused by the decline of groundwater level.The influence of the decline of groundwater level on the tunnel is analyzed by finite element three-dimensional numerical simulation.The results show that with the decrease of groundwater level,the effective earth pressure of tunnel lining increases,and the deformation of tunnel increases.
