Three-dimensional Numerical Analysis of Large Cross-section Rectangular Pipe Jacking Construction under the Urban Trunk Road

Relying on a large section of the rectangular pipe jacking through the city trunk road project,the influence of depth and spacing on surface settlement is analyzed by the finite-element numerical simulation.Research shows:the influence of parallel construction and single construction on surface settlement is obviously different for the rectangular pipe jacking.Compared with the depth,the parallel distance change between two pipe jacking has a great influence on the distribution characteristics of the surface settlement.With the increase of the parallel distance between the two rectangular pipe jacking,the cumulative ground settlement caused by the construction disturbance is gradually decreasing.When the parallel distance between the two pipe jacking exceeds a certain range,the influence of the big pipe jacking construction on the small pipe jacking construction is obviously weakened.And this influence range varies with the depth of the pipe jacking.
