The Industrial Test of Transfer Printing for Real Silk Fabrics

Based on the technology of transfer printing for real silk fabrics in laboratory,the production conditions of the modification and transfer printing were researched. Thereal silk fabrics impreganted and paded twice by the impregant BP-961 at room temperature (presure of squeezing roller was 151. 99 kpa, the pick up ratio was about 80%).Then, the pretreated silk fabric was dried by a stemer drying frame at 80℃ and 18 m/min. The transfer printing was carried out at temperature (200±2)℃ speed 4. 5 m/min(when the diameter of heat bowl was 500 mm) and pressure 202. 7 kpa. Under the abovementioned conditions, the colour fastness of transfer printing products reaches first or excellent grade of National Standard, and the bright-colour and feel are better than controlsample or direct printing products.
