Automatic Electricity-Distribution Management System for City

For the sake of realizing automatic collecting of electric energy data, protecting electric-net facilities, long-distance transmitting data and reasonable distributing electric load, the management system of automatic electricity-distribution (EDA) for city is designed. The management system is an integrative information management system that consists of automatic electrical-wire, user automation, automation of transformer substation and information management subsystems. The distributed structure was applied in the system, and the transmission-network facilities of electric power were combined with running messages, geographical information automatic drawing by using GIS/AM technology. There are seven models of writing energy meter, load analyses, distributing electric analyses, power rate balance, data management, resource-management, report form facture and print in the system, and it has a lot of functions as remote communication, time writing energy meter, local maintenance, break protecting etc. The system accords with the industry standard and has advantages of better reliability, expansibility and visual operation.
