Nonlinear Modeling for High Speed Milling

When the speed of milling attains five to ten times the norm, the process becomes extremely complicated. The nonlinear dynamic model for high speed milling was built according as the cutting theory and numerical method. This model includes the geometry character of the milling cutter, milling forces and its calculations, as well as the dynamic equation. The solving program that can automatically adjust steps was programmed with Gear Algorithm. The stability and cutting forces in high speed milling process can be forecasted with the model.
