Flame Supervision and Control System Based on Digital Image Processing

WANG Yan-bin, TANG Yi-ke, ZHANG Ji-sheng (College of Mechanical Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing 400044, China)  
The flame supervision and control system based on digital image processing consists of camera, A/D card, computer, flame control device. It gathers image with DS-400xM D/A card and examines the edge through the Lapalace operator. The flame image signal absorbed by the camera will be sent to the image supervision system, then it will be real-time displayed after being processed by D/A and the reduced video data will be saved. Withdrawn from the continual digital video frequency according to the time-gap by the image supervision system, the single frame data is saved to the BMP document. Be made the judgment by the DCS according to the input signal, the system gives a alarm message when the solid single frame image data achieves the maximum output which could not be controlled, after processed by threshold value division.
