New Control Methods for Improving Safety and Reliability of Vertical Mixer

In order to enhance the safety and reliability of the vertical mixer in the design process of certain type large-scale vertical mixer control system,a large number of the latest control methods and techniques were designed and integrated for the first time.These control technologies include explosion-proof infrared thermal imaging technology,remote emergency descent control technology for the bowl of the vertical mixer,high-speed torque data acquisition and recording technology,operation traceability technology and timing technology.At the same time,the original safety function design was strengthened,such as interlocking control function design and anti error operation functional design.The results show that the design greatly enhances the safety and reliability of the vertical mixer,and is suitable for technical upgrade in hundreds of vertical mixer systems equipped in China,and has strong pertinence and popularization value.
