Research on Efficient Real Estate Mapping Based on 3D Modeling via Oblique Photography

In view of the big workload,time consuming,and high cost in real estate mapping by using traditional method,especially in the rural areas,some house yards,in which no one inhabit for long time,it is difficult to enter to conduct surveying and mapping work.In this article,3 D modelling via UAV oblique photography is applied in real estate mapping,Through the comparison between field measured data and real-estate graphic data collected on the threedimensional model via UAV oblique photogrammetry,the feasibility of real-estate mapping based on three-dimensional modeling via oblique photography is demonstrated.Compared with the traditional real estate mapping,the efficiency,accuracy,cost and duration for a project have obvious advantages,providing a fast and efficient operation method for real estate surveying and mapping.
