SCHEDULE OPTIMIZING MODEL AND ITS SOLUTION

This paper focus on the application of cost/schedule synthetical control theory. The adjustable margin of project and schedule margin are defined and measured quantitatively. Then, based on banana curves, an optimizing model considering both cost and schedule margin is worked out. Its heuristic solution is also presented. The model can give efficient solution meeting restraints of dead line, resources and cost to large scaled network optimizing problem with initial feasible solution is given.
