Liu Yan;
The contradiction between China's public cultural service products and the readers' demands presents three aspects: imbalance of servicing time between supply and demand,shortage provision of service products,and less-developed service space. Thus,this paper proposes that reading space is also in need of supplyside structural reform. This paper concentrates on the "In Library"program from Shenzhen Immature Tomato Cultural Media Company and specific practice of reading space in Xicheng District of Beijing,analyzes the essential attributes,practical significance,construction bodies and developmental characteristics of new urban public reading space to provide references for future construction and improvement of urban public reading space,and puts forward relevant suggestions on how China's public library builds urban public reading space from the perspective of supply-side structural reform of four mixed algorithm of "add""subtract""multiply"and "divide".
