An Analysis on Making Beijing a First-class Metropolis

What is a metropolis? What is essential for an ordinary city to become one? And what advantages and disadvantages does Beijing have in becoming such a city? It, after analysis on the above questions, comes to the conclusion that several generations' hard work is needed for Beijing to achieve this goal. Still, improvements are needed in both the cultural taste of this city and the administration in all fields.
