A type of antenna equivalent to a human body is presented. Through experimental research and analysis it has ho shown that there is an approximate induced grounding current the human body and its equivalent antenna illuminated by a plane wave in the frequency band 7～100MHz. The equivalent antenna has some advantages, such as simple in structure, lighter in weight, and cheaper in price,etc. It can be used to implement some measurment tasks in lieu of the human body in an EM environment, in oafer to avoid EM hazards to the human body.
