Distribution Characteristics of Specialty Snack Outlets in Beijing Downtown Area——Take Shaxian Snacks and Chengdu Snack Outlets as Examples

Snacks are an important part of the catering industry,whose spatial pattern distribution will directly affect the behavior of residents and tourists decision-making. Therefore,this paper chooses Shaxian snacks and Chengdu snack outlets in the center of Beijing city as the research objects,taking POI data and GIS spatial data as data sources,using GIS spatial analysis and nuclear density estimation method,to make a comparative analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of snack outlets in Beijing central city. The results show that the spatial distribution characteristics of snack outlets include: 1) the distribution of snacks in different districts is different;2) the difference between two kinds of snack outlets in the circle distribution is small; 3) road ring snack network distribution from the center to the periphery is "pyramid type"; 4) snack network distribution of road proximity is stronger than subway proximity. The gathering characteristics of Snack outlets inclue: 1) snack network spaceconcentration showed weak centripetal distribution; 2) snack network space collection characteristics show a significant difference between the internal structures. According to the above conclusions, combined with municipal planning,this paper,according to the classification of the districts,puts forward some suggestions on the distribution of snack outlets in Beijing: 1) to recombine the old city snack outlets; 2) to redistribute the new city snack outlets according to the city function positioning.
