The Relationship Between the Expression and Pathological Type of Serum PCNA and Carcinoma Tissues of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients

Objective To study the relationship between serum cell proliferation antigen( PCNA) and Napsin A expression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) and its pathological types. Methods 100 cases of NSCLC patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were recorded as observation group,and 50 patients with health check-up were recorded as control group. The serum PCNA levels of the two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and their relationship with the clinicopathological features of NSCLC patients was analyzed. In addition,the immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Napsin A in patients with cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of the observation group,and analyze its relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics of patients. Results The serum PCNA level of the patients in the observation group was 444. 2 ± 26. 7 pg/m L,which was significantly higher than that in the normal control group( 290. 5 ± 16. 2 pg/m L). The positive rate of Napsin A expression was 80. 00%( 80/100),which was significantly lower than 100. 00%( 100/100) of the normal tissue adjacent to cancer. In patients who had lowNSCLC differentiation,in Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ TNMstage or with lymph node metastasis,serum levels of PCNA,were respectively 469. 5 ± 27. 3 pg/m L,472. 5 ± 26. 8 pg/m L,477. 1 ± 26. 2 pg/m L,which were significantly higher than that of patients with high differentiation,Ⅰ~ Ⅱ TNMstage or without lymph node metastasis.Napsin A expression positive rate in patients with adenocarcinoma NSCLC pathological type,differentiation,Ⅰ~ⅡTNMstaging for period or no lymph node metastasis was 100. 00%( 72/72),100. 00%( 46/46),95. 24%( 40/42),92. 31%( 48/52),which were significantly higher than those in patients with squamous carcinoma,large cell carcinoma,lowdifferentiation degree,Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ period of TNMstaging,or with lymph node metastasis. The above comparisons were P 0. 05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Pathological types of patients with NSCLC have no correlation with serum levels of PCNA. The expression level of Napsin A in cancerous tissue is significantly higher than those in squamous cell carcinomas and large cell carcinoma. The above two indexes can be used as reference indexes for judging the degree of differentiation,TNMstaging and lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of Napsin A in cancer adjacent tissues has no reference value for distinguishing the severity of the patients.
