Comparison on the Levels of TF and CP Before and After Chemotherapy and Study on the Clinical Value in Predicting Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective To compare the levels of TF and CP before and after chemotherapy and study their clinical value onpredicting deep vein thrombosis. Methods A total of 117 patients with lung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study,including 42 cases with deep venous thrombosis and 75 cases without deep venous thrombosis. The levels of TF and CP in both groups were measured before and after chemotherapy. The relationship between TF,CP and deep venous thrombosis was analyzed by ROC curve. Deep venous thrombosis wasdiagnosedby TF,CP and TF + CPaccording to the gold standard written by Chinese Society of Integrative Medicine Peripheral Vascular Disease Professional Committee VTE Guide. Then the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were analyzed. Results The levels of TF and CP of the deep venous thrombosis group were significantly higher than those of the without deep venous thrombosis group( P 0. 05). When the TF cutoff point was 25. 47 IU/L,the diagnostic sensitivity of 0. 893 and specificity of 0. 725. And when CP cutoff point was 41. 26 U/mg,the diagnostic sensitivity was 0. 821 and the specificity was 0. 675. The sensitivity of TF diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis was 41. 47%,the specificity was 44. 44%,the positive predictive value was 50. 00% and the negative predictive value was 36. 36%. The sensitivity of CP in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis was57. 14% and the specificity was 38. 10%. The positive and negative predictive value were 57. 14% and38. 10%,respectively. The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of TF +CP combined diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis were 90. 63%,70. 0%,90. 63% and 70. 0%,respectively.Conclusion Tissue factor combined with cancer coagulant havehigh sensitivity and specificity on the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis after lung cancer chemotherapy,and havehigh clinical value.
