A Wavelet-Based Arrhythmia Detection Method

A wavelet based algorithm for arrhythmia detection is described.Based on analysis of Wavelet Transform of ECG signal and the law of its change across different scales,this algorithm can automatically detect 6 kinds of arrhythmia.Based on test results using data of MIT/BIH Arrhythmia Database,the veracity of QRS detection is 99%.The veracity of detection of APC and PVC is also above 90%.
