Deepening the Reform in the Countryside Involves Organizational innovations

HU Yiyuan(The Dept. of Social Sciences, Shaanxi Institute of Technology, Hanzhong, Shaanxi 723001)
There exist three fundamental restrictions in China's agricultural development, i.e. low ability to resist risks, low productive efficiency and low marketization and commercialization. To solve these problems, we should, besides moving along the market route, actively bring into full play the administrative role of the government and push forward the innovations in agricultural organization. This is the sole alternative for China's agriculture to meet the challenge presented by its entry into the WTO.
