Sample Amount Laboratory Internal Calibration Method of Full-automatic sampling system

Objective To establish the laboratory calibration method of full-automatic sampling system.Methods Using daily sample program of full-automatic enzyme immunoassay device,we added simulation samples to microplate,then weighed the quality of every hole before and after sampling.Calculated the quality difference and converted to sample volume,calculated the average relative error(E) and the coefficient of variation(CV) of each sampling channel,compared with the reference value.Results In four sampling channels,E and CV of 10 μL were- 7.2% ~ 4.9%,≤3.35%,75 μL were- 2.27% ~ 0.27%,≤0.709% and 100 μL were- 1.23% ~ 1.29%,≤0.740%,respectively.Conclusion The test can be used as laboratory internal calibration method,provide more powerful parameters for normal operation of such type of equipments.
