A survey on organizational cultural forms of blood center

Objective Identify the main stream of organizational cultural forms of blood center and its development and changes in future.Methods Analyzing and evaluating the expectation and opinions of 130 employees of Jiangxi Blood Center on cultural forms concerning cooperation,innovation,success and operation within the organization.Results Basically,the current cultural forms in the organization conform with the expectation of the employees.The majority of the employees choose human-oriented cooperation as a preferable organizational cultural form.The employees' expectation and opinions of organizational cultural forms vary from person to person due to their sex,age,degree and position.Conclusion Motivating employees in the organization by means of developing organizational cultural forms in accordance with their sex,age,degree,and position has great significance as it helps facilitate the works of collection and distribution of blood.
