The explore of the delicacy management of blood donors in the capital

Objective To explore the delicacy management of blood donors and recruit and retain more blood donors in Beijing.Methods By applying the notion of delicacy management and subdividing the service recipients,three teams of regular blood donors,rare blood donors and voluntary blood donors were established.By refining the service method,three platform named blood donation service hotline,blood donation service website and blood donation service remote video command center were established.By refining human resource management,optimizing the structure of personnels,improving staff skills,a excellent team for blood source management was established.Results In the past five years,the development of blood donation in Beijing has always adhered to the scientific development concept with the fine management theory as instruction,has always kept in pace with the development of medical macro environment in Beijing,has always focused on the rigid demand of blood.In order to establish and optimize blood source management system in Beijing,we activate the micro efficiency,motivate the enthusiasm of staff.We play a positive role in safeguarding people's health,training qualified staff for blood management and the development of blood donation in Beijing.Conclusion Fine management is a key way for the management of blood donors.
