Analysis on public service innovation for the blood collection and supply archives in the big data era

As the core asset of archive management,big data is characterized by enormous storage capacity,complex reversal process and high value of resource usage,and is an important precondition for providing blood collection and supply archives to public service. Big data based operations and archives support certain services,including all-data smart management,simulated visualization,individualized inquiry,public relations,social education and data security management. In order to expand the functions of operations archives for public service in the era of big data,it is necessary to formulate a development strategy on big data based operations and archives,to strengthen the efforts in building smart platforms for operations archives,to promote the culture of big data based archive usage,and to sustain data-based management.
