Design and Study on the Open-Close Mould Mechanism of the Glassware Pressing Machine
Ren lixuan Xu Hongfu Zeng Xiaogu Iu Wenxiu Zhang Jianguo (Tianjin Institute of Light Industry)
Authors adopted the cam-linkage and some subsidiary devices for design of the openclose mechanism of TW8/4 glassware pressing machine which working position is adjustable. It can guarantee the sturdiness and dependability of the negative mould during pressing. It made the negative mould open and close at a uniform angular velocity under such condition that the disc of the working table rotated interruptly in one-way with variable speed. This mechanism is simple in structure and it works accurately and reliably and also it can reduce vibration and shock.
