Temperature Gradient of Tin Oxide Electrode in Glass Electric Melting Furnace

According to the model of plano-mural heat transfer and the thermal conductivity of STANNEX tin oxide electrodes manufactured by DYSON INDUSTRIES LTD,the simplified mathematical model of the electrodes' axial temperature gradient,which especially fits the central temperature,was established.Further more,the electrodes' temperature gradient under certain boundary condition were carefully calculated.It's significantly guiding reference for selecting electrode material and determining power disposition of the glass melting furnace.At the same time,it conduces to adopt proper cooling measures for electrodes so as to prolong the life-span of the electrode in glass melting.
