Simulation and Analysis on Driving Shaft in Float Glass Roller Annealing Lehr Based on FEA Method

With the increasing size of the float glass roller annealing lehr,its traditional driving system is facing a severe problem on strength.The ANSYS,i.e.a kind of powerful FEA software,is used to calculate strength of driving shaft which is a typical torsional component in roller annealing lehr so as to find out the weak point along the whole length of the driving shaft and then enable to make proposal for improving the structure in order to reduce local stress.
