Study on Properties of SiO_2-B_2O_3-Bi_2O_3 Sealing Glass Containing ZnO/SnO_2

ZnO-B_2O_3-Bi_2O_3 system glasses were prepared by traditional melting-cooling method. The structure and characteristic temperature Tgand Tfof the glasses were studied by differential thermal analysis. Glass density,thermal expansion coefficient,dielectric constant and other properties were tested. The results show that with the increase of the ZnO content and the mass ratio of ZnO/SnO_2 in the SiO_2-B_2O_3-Bi_2O_3 system glass the thermal expansion coefficient,density and molar volume of the glass decrease,whereas the glass transition temperature Tgand the softening temperature Tfare not changed,and the crystallization temperature Tsis obviously increased.
