Study on the Double Layered Electro less Plating of Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P Alloy in Acidic Solution

The Technology of double layered electroless plating of Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P Alloy in Acidic Solution was studied in this paper. The composition of acidic solution was obtained by a serial of experiments. The experiments included the investigation of the effects of MoO42-/H2PO2 ratio, pH value and complex agent on the deposition rate and composition of Ni-Mo-P coating. The effect of the amount of Mo amount on the microstructure of the coating was also studied. Based on the experiment results the technology of Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P double layered coating in acidic solution was determined, and its performance was also investigated in this paper.
