Low Temperature Preservation of Mutton Sheep Semen

The good quality semen of the mutton buck were preserved with two kinds at diluents of low temperature. The results showed that two kinds of diluents prescription had no significant difference in the total surviving time and surviving index(P0. 05) , both of them had ideal effect in low temperature preservation. The pH of different prescription would be fallen with time. The effect of fresh diluents was obvious better than that of the diluents which had been stored for 4 days.
