Study and Applications of Ultrasound Wave in Biological and Food Technology

Ultrasound wave has been widely utilized in various industries for its physical and sonochemistry effects. In this paper, the mechanism of ultrasound wave technology was introduced briefly and some functions with its utilization were reviewed mainly in biological and food processing to supply reference for its applications on ultrasound technology in future.
