Isolation and Characterizatio of Bio-surfactant-producing Bacteria

This study investigated the farmland soil of Dong-Sancha mine in Beijing,including soil physical and chemical properties,heavy metal content and the number of micro-organisms,and six bio-surfactants-producing strains were.The results show that: the main soil contaminants are heavy metals cadmium and lead,and soil microbial populations were inhibited significantly.Mine soil pH is(6.78±0.78),and organic matter content is(0.83±0.06)%.Non-metallic nutrients and quantities of microbial population in soil were significantly lower than the control.After 5 d culture in 30 ℃,J3 fermentation's oil displacement diameter was(5.4±0.58) cm,and make available Pb content increase 44.12,145.04 and 179.76 mg/kg,significantly higher than that of CTAB and the control treatment,in the Pb content of 400,800 and 1 200 mg/kg soil samples for 48 h later.By thin-layer chromatography,fermentation broth was contained Lipopeptide biosurfactant and J3 was Serratia sp.by 16S rDNA sequence analysis.
