Rural Household's Decision-making on Crop Production Considering Risks:Case of Heilongjiang Province of China

In this paper,farm planning model was built by using linear programming to assess the rural household's paddy rice production facing the risk of cold damage in Heilongjiang Province of China.The study may help the rural household to adjust the production behavior,reduce or minimize the damages caused by natural disasters,and to stabilize and maximize the rural household's income from farm production.
