Optimization of prokaryotic expression conditions of FaMRLK47 protein in strawberry

【Objective】The experiment is to establish and optimize the prokaryotic expression conditions of FaMRLK47 protein in strawberry(Fragaria×ananassa Duch.'Benihoppe').【Methods】The expression efficiency and yield of FaMRLK47 protein induced by IPTG at 0.5 mmol/L and 1 mM were compared and analyzed at 0,2,4,6,8,and 12 h.【Results】The results showed that the expression efficiency and yield of FaMRLK47 protein were high at 1 mM concentration and 8 hinduction.【Conclusion】The prokaryotic expression system of strawberry FaMRLK47 protein was optimized and used in the study of the specific binding between FaMRLK47 and oligosaccharides.
