Establishment and optimization of the genetic transformation system of raspberry

【Objective】Establishment raspberry genetic transformation system has great significance for the study of its biological functions such as gene function,and breeding improvement.【Methods】In this study,two genetic transformation systems were established.One was the direct differentiation of clumpy bud genetically transformed receptor system from leaves.The other was dedifferentiation callus and then transformed into shoot genetic transformation receptor system from leaves.【Results】The results of transformation efficiency analysis showed that the conformation rate of system 1 was 25% which was2.1 times of system 2,and the positive plants obtained by resistance screening were 50%compared with the system 2.【Conclusion】System 1 has a higher genetic transformation efficiency.
