Establishment of regeneration system using the leaves of diploid strawberry 'Ruegen'

【Methods】In this study,we investigated the effects of several treatments on regenerations using leaves of the diploid strawberry(Fragaria vesca)‘Ruegen',including plant growth regulator concentration and ratio,different incubation time in dark,and different type plant gels.【Objective】Establishing an efficient leaf regeneration system in Reugen.【Results】The results showed that when the leaves were cultivated on Carrageenan containing 2.0 mg/L idiazuron(TDZ)and 0.2 mg/L dole-3-butyricacid(IBA)for 7 din dark,the regeneration ratios were higher,generated81.03% adventive buds,and reached average adventive buds at 5.3.
